Appointments 

If you are no longer able to make your appointment, we require 48-hour notice to reschedule your appointment to another date free of charge or for the deposit to be held as a credit for 3 months only and rescheduling is only allowed once.  If you give us less than 24-hour notice you’ll lose money paid for your appointment and will be kept as an admin fee/ last minute cancellation as the chances of us refilling that slots at such short notice is rare. 

Weddings 

Weddings are able to reschedule up to 3 times for new wedding dates or venues and only if we have availability on the new date and can travel to the new location with ease if not you can lose your booking fee. If your wedding date needs to change, we require 4-week notice of this so we are able to try and refill your appointment. Less than 4-week notice for any wedding bookings will lose their booking fee or payments made so far.

Academy 

Academy students are able to cancel their student days 48 hours prior and still keep the hours for another day or time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time or do not show up to lesson book you will lose those hours.
